Refunds
From the date you receive your order, you have 2 days to reach out to our customer service team to initiate a return for an exchange or store credit. Once the return method is confirmed with our team the item must be returned within 5 days.We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded with a voucher you can use only at our store. If the items arrive damaged or not in the same condition as they were, you wont be eligible for a refund and the items may be sent back to you.We only accept return on shoes.
