Shipping policy

All the shipments are sent from Germany via DHL or UPS with tracked shipping number. If you’re located in EU the shipments take max 5 business days to arrive , for the rest of the world it may take 10 days (USA) or more than 15 days ( Asia ). Please always use the tracking number provided by us. If your product has been stolen, damaged or lost on the way, we do not take responsibility for the package.However, by contacting us directly we will try to solve the problem with the shipping company and look for compensation.
